How to Resolve a Manual Action Item

The user who created the Manual Action Item can resolve it when they are satisfied that the tasks associated with the Manual Action Item have been completed successfully.

Follow these steps to resolve a Manual Action Item:

  1. Select Action Item/Manual Action Item List from the left navigation.
  2. Select Build/Edit Action Item associated with the Manual Action Item that needs to be resolved. This will take the user to the Manual Action Item Form to resolve it. Please note that prior to clicking Resolve; the user can add any additional/final comments to the form.
  3. Click on the Resolve button at the bottom of the Manual Action Item form.
