Employee Assignments

Your ComplySight Administrator will assign Compliance Items to be reviewed and graded on the Expected Completion Date. The employee that is assigned an Area/Item will receive an email of their assignments as shown in the example below.

Dear John Doe:

Your ComplySight Administrator Nancy Wilson has assigned you the following Compliance review.

Area: ACH/Electronic Payments
Item: ATM Fee Disclosure
Required Start Date: 02/02/2015
Completion Date: 03/12/2015
Next Review Date: 02/02/2016

Follow the steps below to complete the Area/Item that has been assigned.

  1. Select Factor Selection from the Left Menu.
  2. Select the Area and then the Item from the drop downs.
  3. Grade each Factor associated with the assigned Item and then mark it as complete.
  4. Your ComplySight Administrator will be notified via email when the assignment is complete and the employee will receive a copy of that email.

NOTE: The Employee Assignment Review Report is available in the reporting section and will include the Required Start Date, Expected Completion Date, Next Review Date, and Completed On Date.
